Symmetries are a profound and fascinating aspect of the structure of physical theories – both when they obtain, and when they cease to do so. This one-day workshop will bring together researchers with interests in symmetry and symmetry-breaking, to explore the multifarious consequences of these phenomena for the foundations of physics.
