Call for Papers
Graduate students are invited to submit papers on any topic in logic, philosophy of logic, philosophy of mathematics, and philosophy of physics.
Papers in philosophy of physics will be considered for the 9th Annual Clifton Memorial book prize. The contest will be adjudicated by philosophy of science faculty members at Western.
We recommend that papers be no longer than 5000 words as presentations will be limited to 30-35 minutes and will be followed by a 20-minute period of discussion. Please submit papers by email (preferably as a .pdf attachment) by February 16th, 2012. They should be prepared for blind review, and should be accompanied by an abstract (no longer than 300 words) as well as a cover sheet containing the author’s name, institutional affiliation, title of the paper, regular and email addresses, and telephone number(s).
